For those of us that work with computers it is essential for the mind, body and soul to make life around these technological machines comfortable and safe.
A few tips:
- Position your computer workstation near a window for light and oxygen.
- Move around and do some stretching and light exercises every 15-20 minutes.
- Take a break every now and then as being glued to the computer constantly is disturbing, sad and may cause depression.
- Keep your eyes safe by looking away from the computer screen/monitor as this may cause eye problems - look outside if possible or just go outside for a walk.
